Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Sean P. O’Connor will present at the Massachusetts Municipal Human Resources (MMHR) annual Labor Relations Seminar on October 25. O’Connor will be addressing key issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for public sector employers, including the new Department of Labor overtime rule, the impact of collective bargaining agreements on overtime calculations and the use of compensatory time.
