Morgan, Brown & Joy Adds Robert Papandrea as an Associate
Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy announces that Robert Papandrea has joined the firm as an associate.
Papandrea advises and defends employers in matters related to employer-employee relationships. His work spans both litigation and counseling, guiding business owners and management, human resources professionals, and in-house counsel in matters related to workplace discrimination and harassment, internal investigations, leave laws, and workplace accommodations, among other daily employment needs. He also handles labor issues, including collective bargaining and contract negotiations.
Papandrea assists the firm’s partners with a wide variety of matters through case research, trial preparation, and drafting pleadings and motions.He also assists with mediations, settlements, depositions, and overall case management.
Previously, Papandrea served as a legal intern at the firm while attending Northeastern School of Law, where he earned his J.D. His background also includes working as a judicial intern for Suffolk Superior Court and as a legal intern for a boutique family law and civil litigation firm. Papandrea also has a B.S., cum laude, from Champlain College.
