Morgan, Brown & Joy Adds Associate Jillian M. Guilfoyle
Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy announces that Jillian M. Guilfoyle has joined the firm as an associate. Guilfoyle counsels employers in labor and employment matters related to both private and unionized workforces. She advises clients on issues relating to collective bargaining, workplace discrimination, nonpayment of wages and grievance arbitrations. She also advises clients on compliance with FMLA and other leave policies, harassment, discrimination and retaliation matters. Within the labor context, Guilfoyle handles settlement agreements, grievance resolution, the Education Reform Act arbitrations and other related matters.
