Nathan L. Kaitz to Speak at American Arbitration Association’s Witness Preparation Education Program

Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Nathan L. Kaitz will speak at the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Witness Preparation Education Services program, June 7, 2019 in Boston, MA. The seminar will cover the “dos and don’ts” of witness preparation and examination to present to an arbitrator. Specific topics include:

  • Selecting and preparing witnesses
  • Effects of stress on witnesses
  • Guidelines for testifying as a witness
  • Direct and cross- examination
  • Navigating open and closed questions

Kaitz’s practice involves employment litigation and labor law in the private and public sector, representing employers before the National Labor Relations Board and the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission. He negotiates collective bargaining agreements and handles arbitration and employment litigation cases. Kaitz also provides day-to-day employment law counseling and advice to executives, human resource professionals and in-house counsel. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law sections of the Boston, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations and has lectured on labor and employment law issues for those bar associations, as well as other organizations.
