Overview
Lindsey Kumpula is an employment lawyer who advises and defends employers on matters stemming from the relationship between employers and employees. Lindsey supports the firm’s partners through case analysis, discovery, legal research, and any litigation needs.
Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy as an associate, Lindsey served the firm as a legal intern, conducting extensive legal research on various labor and employment law issues. She also gained foundational litigation experience as a legal intern at a mid-sized Boston law firm focusing on professional liability and construction matters. Before attending law school, Lindsey worked as a legal assistant at a workers’ compensation defense firm in Michigan. In this role, she handled a range of client needs and drafted pleadings, settlement documentation, and all types of correspondence with the courts and opposing counsel.
While attending law school, Lindsey was a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, served as the chair of the Women’s Law Caucus, and was a research assistant on issues related to the First Amendment.
