Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Jeffrey S. Siegel to Present to the Nonprofit Financial Managers Group on “Going Back to the Office”
Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Jeffrey S. Siegel will present a webinar entitled, “Going Back to the Office,” to members of the Nonprofit Financial Managers (NPFM) Group on May 28, 2020. Siegel will cover the challenges faced by Massachusetts non-profit organizations when re-opening for business in light of COVID-19.
Siegel represents employers in virtually every labor and employment scenario. Jeff advises on and prepares restrictive covenant agreements, including agreements under the Massachusetts Noncompetition Agreement Act, and litigates to enforce or defeat non-competition, non-solicitation, and trade secret matters. He also counsels clients in day-to-day human resources matters, including employment policies and handbooks, wage and hour matters, bonus and commission plans, layoffs, and employee leave issues.
The NPFM group is the one organization in Boston geared to meeting the needs of not-for-profit financial managers. Run by a volunteer steering committee of its members, the group provides a forum for discussion of the current issues facing non-profit financial professionals.
