Morgan, Brown & Joy partner James M. Pender will speak at the Massachusetts Council of School Attorneys’ (COSA) annual meeting and program on Emerging Issues in Education Law 2024 on December 13. Jim will present  “Recent Case Law on First Amendment Issues in Public Schools,” providing an analysis of recent rulings from the Massachusetts federal district court and First Circuit Court of Appeals and how they may set the stage for future Supreme Court review. The meeting will take place at the University of Massachusetts Club in Boston, Massachusetts.
