Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Shane Goodrich spoke on a panel during the Boston Human Resources Council’s April Virtual Meeting on April 27, 2023. In keeping with the meeting theme, “Stump the Employment Attorney,” Goodrich, along with fellow panelists, discussed several important labor and employment law topics, including pay transparency, restrictive covenants, nondisclosure agreements, and paid family and medical leave.
