Valuing Diversity
Diverse experiences and perspectives inform our approach to all aspects of our practice, from advising clients to the hiring and management of our own team. We believe strongly in the value of equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion and recognize them as significant tenets of our practice at Morgan, Brown & Joy.
MBJ’s Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement Initiative

Hiring With Purpose
We devote significant time and energy to ensure our recruitment efforts reach a diverse group of candidates for our team. We utilize both formal and informal networks of Boston attorneys and local law schools. Upon hire, we proudly support all of our lawyers’ desire to participate in and assume leadership roles with affinity bar associations and/or engage in our community.
Across all of our firm’s employment processes, we base our decisions on each individual’s capabilities and qualifications, without regard to race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, genetics, or any other protected characteristic.
